Every figure on this page is computed from the inputs entered, by the method stated below it. Enrolvo publishes no credit ratio, no price benchmark, no pay rate and no rule: the ratio, the rate and the on-costs are yours, and the defaults are a worked example to replace with your own figures.
The figures above start from a worked example (288). Change any input and the answer updates as you type.

This is a continuing education LMS worksheet that works the credits a course issues, the way a board or an accreditor counts them. Contact hours over the board's contact-hours-per-credit ratio is the credits per completing learner; learners at the completion rate is the completers; completers times credits per learner is the credits issued; completers is the certificates due; and the learners who did not complete times the credits per learner is the credit not earned. The ratio is the board's and the completion rate is yours; the worksheet rules on neither. Free, on the page, no account; the paid plan keeps every learner's credits and certificates against the course that earned them.
Credits per learner: the board's ratio applied
A 16-hour course at one contact hour per credit is 16 credits per completer; a board that counts ten hours to one unit gives 1.6. The ratio differs by board and by profession, and the worksheet takes yours as an input so the same course reads correctly for each board it is approved by.
Completers, and the credits they earned
20 learners at a 90% completion rate is 18 completers, and 18 times 16 is 288 credits issued with 18 certificates due. Completion is attendance and any assessment the board requires; the paid plan records it per learner so the certificate is issued from the record rather than the register.
Credits not earned: the figure the audit asks about
Two learners who did not complete are 32 credits not earned, and an audit will ask why the certificate was not issued as readily as why it was. The worksheet returns the figure; the paid plan keeps the reason against the learner.
Continuing education LMS: the credits issued: common questions
Is this a free continuing education LMS?
It is a free worksheet that works a course's credits, not a learning system: enter contact hours, the board's ratio, learners and the completion rate, and it works credits per learner, completers, credits issued, certificates due and credits not earned on the page with no account and no card. Enrolvo Pro keeps every learner's credits and certificates against the course.
How many contact hours make one continuing-education credit?
Whatever the board or accreditor that approved the course says; ratios differ by profession and by state, and the worked example uses one hour per credit only to show the arithmetic. Enter your board's ratio; the worksheet publishes none.
What records does a CE provider need for an audit?
Per learner: the course, the dates, attendance and any assessment, the credits issued and the certificate, kept for the years the board requires. The worksheet works the credits; Enrolvo Pro keeps the record and exports the audit file.
